I will encourage and challenge you to discover your inner strength, resources and resilience while discovering your mindset and belief system.

Based on your individual needs, I will employ various approaches to therapy helping you to explore personal values and internal strengths, build self-esteem and self-love, and form healthy human connections. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, women's issues, and relationship issues.

Your mindset and belief system affect everything in your life from what you think and feel to how you act and react to the world around you. I look forward to joining you on this journey of discovery and helping you to live a happier and healthier life.

Taylor Provenzano
Licensed Professional Counselor, MS, LPC

Taylor graduated from West Liberty University with her B.S. in Creative Arts Therapy with a minor in psychology and earned her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counselling with a specialization in Dance/Movement Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in December 2021 through One Point One yoga of Pittsburgh. While working toward her master’s, she completed field training and internship providing expressive and dance therapies to populations ranging from children to older adults; in elderly community housing/day treatment and the Veteran’s Affairs hospital in Bedford, MA. She is currently working toward WV licensure to become a licensed professional counselor.

Throughout her academic career, she has studied and performed in theater and dance productions which helped lay the foundation for integrating the arts into her treatment process. Having been drawn to the arts since she was a toddler, she discovered the incredible healing potential the arts can have on the mind, body, and soul as she utilized the arts in her recovery from brain trauma and chronic illness. She recognizes that ultimately, each individual knows themselves best, and encourages clients to explore their authenticity and harness the healing power which resides within them.

Following her graduation from Lesley University in Spring of 2019, she retuned to the Ohio Valley and worked with persons with substance use disorders and other mental illnesses before being led to find her place here at Mindset 2 Wellness.
